Autunno Italiano: Italian Fall Feast with Chef Gianluca Baroncini

Baroncini Ristorante Italiano in Iowa City is famous for authentic and seasonal Italian cuisine. Join Chef Baroncini as he demonstrates the simple preparation of the first course, called a Primo, of risotto with fall squash and red wine, and a Secondo of pork scaloppini with mixed mushrooms and roasted Italian potatoes. Gianluca will open the class with antipasti of fresh polenta topped with salume and Gorgonzola, and will conclude with the dolce: caramelized oranges served with vanilla gelato.
