DIY Raw, Vegan Chocolates for the Holidays

Join Laurie Moritz, creator of Mystic-Chocolate and Sweet Raw Joy (truly delicious raw, vegan desserts and chocolates sold exclusively at New Pioneer Co-op), and learn how easy and fun it is to make your own chocolates. She will demonstrate the preparation of three simple raw, vegan chocolate recipes: Peppermint Crunch, Dark Chocolate, and Dark Chocolate Ganache (for icing, dipping, or eating with a spoon :) She'll also offer samples of Sweet Raw Joy chocolates to turn up the holiday joy. This class is at New Pi Cedar Rapids.
