This class will tackle 3 full-meal recipes and send you home fortified with ideas and with a plan for stocking your fridge with clean, healthy food for the week. In this class we will learn to prepare Sweet Potato-Black Bean Quinoa Bowls (Vegan & Gluten-Free), Roast Chicken with Honey-Ginger Carrots (Gluten-Free), and Spinach Fettuccine with burst cherry tomatoes, basil, and goat cheese (Vegetarian).
