Baroncini Ristorante Italiano in Iowa City is famous for authentic and seasonal Italian cuisine. Join Chef Baroncini as he demonstrates the simple preparation of a Spring menu, just in time for Easter!  The first course, called a Primo, will be pasta primavera with seasonal vegetables, and a Secondo of pork scaloppini with asparagus. Gianluca will open the class with antipasti of Roasted Vegetable bruchetta on homemade crostini with a balsamic reduction, and will conclude with the dolce: Fresh Berries with puff pastry and a Chantilly cream sauce. Recipes will be shared, and samples will be served. Salute!
