Business Model Canvas Workshop

Putting a framework around a business idea can sometimes be an intimidating process. A really good method is to map out the essential elements of the business model in 9 simple building blocks. The Business Model Canvas is an adaptive tool to shaping your business model and very useful in developing business plans and marketing strategy as later steps. A validated business model is essential to finding market fit and attracting resources including funding. This will be an interactive session to build a model as a group, then shift into building your own Business Model.
