Please join ICAD at the BioVentures Center in the University of Iowa Research Park (Coralville, IA) for a discussion about Biotech Development. Our conversation will be led by Brent Webb, Biotech Development Executive with Mortenson Development. He will be joined by Paul Hanson with Flad Architects, Ken Meschke with AEI Engineering, and Paul Martin with Mortenson. The discussion will provide a national perspective on disruptions in the marketplace that are driving the growth of Biotechnology and how architecture, design, and construction are not only adapting to these changes, but leaning into the evolving economy. 

As always, the goal of the meeting is not only to learn about emerging trends and development and how it should influence our work moving forward, but also to facilitate relationship building and ensure the people in the room have opportunities to get to know each other better. To that end, the meeting will last roughly an hour and we hope you will stay for a happy hour with drinks and some food.
