This year’s Build Johnson County Investor Council on New Development will be held April 21st from 3:30-5:00 at the Johnson County Extension in Iowa City. We will hear updates from our City, County, and University leaders on their last year in new development and what they are excited about in the coming year.
The event will be in conjunction with the Iowa City Area HBA as they kick off their annual Home & Garden Show at the fairgrounds that evening. We hope that everyone will enjoy the event and then head over to the show for a free drink and stick around for the celebration that evening! Wristbands will be required to enter the Show, but you can purchase them at the Build Johnson County event at a $5 discount.
As always, the goal of the meeting is to learn about emerging trends in development and how it should influence our work moving forward, and to also facilitate relationship building and ensure the people in the room have opportunities to get to know each other better.
