Enjoy an energizing day outside with yoga, biking and meditation. All proceeds go to Feed Iowa First. Learn about the organization that helps feed our community and brings people together in gardens all around town.
8:15am - Yoga on the lawn of First Congregational Church 361 17th St. SE, CR, this is also a Feed Iowa First garden
9:30 - bike to another garden for meditation and a snack at 3100 Oakland Rd. SE
11am - bike to Feed Iowa First's warehouse for an inspiring discussion about Sonia and the Feed Iowa First Organization
