Join Certified Health Coach Alina Warner of Wellness Within You to learn about emotional eating. We will explore what exactly that is, and how to recognize it within ourselves. She will share tips for differentiating between emotional hunger and physical hunger, and seven different strategies to battle our urges. We will explore simple ways to turn on our body’s full digestive power as we eat more mindfully, and Coach Alina will lead us in a fun Mindful Eating exercise with samples provided and a game to take home.
